Marina Melnik – Savoring Life Through Art, Business, and Personal Projects
Marina Melnik is the creator of Novetno.com, an art platform dedicated to meaningful, handcrafted works. She is passionate about discovering and unveiling talented artists, bringing their unique vision to a wider audience, as well as creating art herself.
With a background in leadership roles across European and American companies, Marina now helps businesses and individuals build conscious, sustainable strategies, develop impactful projects, and find balance between work and personal life. She believes that human beings have a fundamental need for beauty—both to perceive it and to create it.
As a business development consultant and career therapist, she felt compelled to create Charinity.org, a space where women can find support, inspiration, and the resources to grow. She is also the CEO of Weem.pro, a platform for optimizing and outsourcing business processes in IT, and the founder of SkillsUp.ua, an educational center for IT professionals.
From an early age, art has been an integral part of her life. Trained in professional dance, music, macramé, and painting, she has always found joy in working with natural materials—hand-painted wooden bracelets and accessories, driftwood and clay sculptures, and unique interior decor pieces.
To Marina, beauty is more than aesthetics—it is a healing force. It fosters harmony with the world, enhances well-being, and serves as a tool for inner growth. Engaging with the collective unconscious allows for personal transformation, while embracing ancestral traditions helps create a more balanced life.
